The company specialises in producing high quality mouldings, therefore the main bulk of staff are composite engineers, many are able to work with both Polyester and Epoxy, Wet Lay-up, Vacuum and Resin Infusion. There are a few specialist Shipwrights who carry out plug/fitting work and vacancies become available accordingly. 

There are currently no vacanices.

However, you are more than welcome to send in your CV. CML hold all CV's received on file, these are reviewed and accordingly responded to when vacancies do arise. Respondents will get first refusal before any advertisements get published.

CML are a Lloyds Assessed company (who inspect us weekly), work is weight controlled and there is an element of record keeping, the atmosphere is relaxed but everybody gets on with their work at a comfortable pace and always to a very high quality.
