The company specialises in producing high quality mouldings, therefore the main bulk of staff are composite engineers, many are able to work with both Polyester and Epoxy, Wet Lay-up, Vacuum and Resin Infusion. There are a few specialist Shipwrights who carry out plug/fitting work and vacancies become available accordingly.

This is a friendly industry and CML are a growing company, it is not uncommon to meet a potential applicant and then employ them several months down the line

Send in your CV via email to info@compositemouldings.com, the company keeps all CV's received on file for 6 months (if not longer). You never know....
CML are a Lloyds Assessed company (who inspect us weekly), work is weight controlled and there is an element of record keeping, the atmosphere is relaxed but everybody gets on with their work at a comfortable pace and always to a very high quality.
