Warwick started his career as a shipwright in the New Zealand Naval Dockyard, after an exciting sailing career including victory in the 81/82 Whitbread race on Flyer and the winning team in the 86 Kenwood Cup sailing for NZ. Warwick attended the Southampton Institute to train as a Naval Architect. With his experience in building, sailing and designing boats Warwick brings a wealth of knowledge to the company.

Eija graduated from Jyväskylä Business School in Finland as a management accountant. After finishing her studies she persued a career in the travel industry where she was involved in setting up and managing branch offices for major airline companies.  Being  married to Warwick, Eija has always had first hand experience of being involved in the marine industry.

Mike trained as a Shipwright in Sydney and carried out further Quality Assurance training with the Australian Ministry of Defence. After meeting his wife Laura they moved to Lymington, England. Mike has worked on a number of high profile projects including; Brindebella 2, Volvo 70 Assa Abloy, 97 Syndicate and several RNLI boats. Because of his high level of technical experience Mike ensures all projects at CML meet the highest requirements set by our regulatory bodies.      

Tommi has grown up around boats, he started crewing at the age of 16 sailing the Canary Isles and the East coast of America. He then worked in the financial services sector and managed a branch for a national construcion company. He soon started missing being around boats and returned to the marine industry to help run CML. Tommi is a trained draughtsman and as well as making sure the Projects are on course he also manages the buying and marketing for CML.
