CML have a team of competent boat builders who have many years experience in constructing accurate plugs (patterns) and moulds. CML build plugs to a tolerance of 0.5mm. For large projects frames are laser-cut directly from the architect's 3D CAD design and assembled like a jigsaw, ensuring exact alignment of components.
