Design, development, and manufacture of the Hawk 20 Dayboat and Hawk 25 Cabin Boat series, including full project management of the design and development phase for the Hawk 25. CML delivers multiple vessels per year under an ongoing manufacturing partnership that's run since 2015.
The Challenge
A dayboat and cabin boat series needs to hit a consistent build quality across every unit, year after year, while staying commercially viable at the volumes Reid Marine needed. A long-term manufacturing partnership, rather than a one-off build, was the only way to keep quality and cost aligned across the full production run.
