Design, manufacture, and delivery of 9 commercial 16m fast pilot boats, built to Lloyds Register SSC rules and manufactured under weekly DNV-GL inspection at our Marchwood facility. The fleet has been in ongoing production since 2018.
The Challenge
Vessels built to this spec demand weight-controlled manufacturing and full compliance with naval survey standards throughout the build, not just at sign-off. Every hull in the fleet has to match the one before it exactly, both for class compliance and for Holyhead Marine's own operational consistency across the fleet.
