The Challenge
Amphibious vehicles demand a hull that performs on both land and water, which means every structural bond between the GRP hull and the steel chassis has to hold to a different standard than a conventional marine hull. Hitting a 2-vessel-per-month rate while maintaining that structural consistency required a dedicated mould setup rather than a shared production line.
