A new-generation police patrol boat built for patrol and escort duties, manufactured using wet lay-up and vacuum bag techniques. The vessel forms part of CML's ongoing work with Holyhead Marine across their law enforcement and patrol vessel range.
The Challenge
Patrol and escort vessels need to combine speed with durability for sustained operational use, which puts different demands on the hull than a leisure or commercial craft. Vacuum bag construction was selected to hold tighter tolerances and a more consistent laminate than wet lay-up alone would achieve.
